Cost Per Issue

We charge a flat fee of $25.00 for each technical support issue we address during the secure remote online connection to your computer. If your computer or software issue is determined to be severe in nature additional charges may apply. Payments can be made using Money Orders or PayPal. (paypal preferred for remote clients)

To arrange a support session please visit our Help Desk where you can create an account by using the register link and then submit a ticket in the Technical Support section. Please include the details of your computer problem(s) or software issue(s) including the software type, the version of Microsoft Windows or Mac OS you're using and your system specs. Once your request has been received you'll be contacted promptly to begin the troubleshooting process.

PLEASE NOTE:

You must have internet access (high speed preferred) and a computer that will power up for remote online assistance.
However, some issues can be addressed with a technician directly over the phone and without the need for a remote connection.
